At-Tamimi International School has adopted the IGCSE framework for our Primary School from Grades 1-6, in order to prepare our students for the Secondary school of IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) Through its inquiry led, trans-disciplinary frame, we challenge students to think critically and independently and to take responsibility for their learning as they explore local and global issues and opportunities in real-life context. Structurally, the curriculum is framed by a thematic approach to Mathematics, Science, Geography and English.

 

These trans-disciplinary units are of global significance, allowing students to depend on their learning by developing their conceptual understanding and strengthen their knowledge and skills across and beyond subject areas. Collaborating together, students will value the input of others and the support of others.
